Does the way you spend your time reflect these?
Not always, I feel like I could definitely be using my time better.
What part of the day do you usually look forward to the most? Why?
The end of the day to reflect and hopefully be proud of what I accomplished that day.
How does your living space make you feel?
Wonderful/awful. I LOVE my home but I could use a big declutter day!
How many hours per day do you spend feeling rushed, stressed or anxious? What (or who) is causing that?
It definitely varies but more so lately. My poor time mangagement skills are causing this.
What is your favourite place in your house/apartment? Why?
I love our living room because we get to relax there together with our fur babies and it is a nice and decluttered area.
How often do you do things just for fun?
I would say pretty often. Live music, comedy shows, etc.
What activities always leave you feeling fresh and re-energised?
Exercise although sometimes I feel completely exhausted afterwards.
Which of your commitments (side projects, clubs, memberships, etc.) truly add value to your life and which don’t?
The podcast I am starting, my gym membership, my running group. Not sure what doesn't fit into this category.
If this week had an extra day, how would you spend it?
organizing, watching tv, food prep, shopping for some spring clothes.
How good are you at saying no?
Not great but getting better.
